Committees and Commissions

The Planning and Zoning, Historic Preservation and Climate Action Commissions are made up of citizen volunteers appointed by the Town Council. The work of the Commissioners is one example of the Civic Engagement partnership that the Council holds with the community. The specific duties of each commission are established in the Town Code.

The Parks, Opens Space, Trails and Recreation Committee and Economic Advisory Committee are open to all volunteers, and participation is welcome. Other citizen committees may be established in response to specific needs.
