The event will start at each end of Garfield County and end at Stoney Pavilion Park in Silt. The torch will be coming through New Castle at 1:40 pm, come cheer on the New Castle Police Department as they carry it along the downtown area to
Elk Creek Elementary School. The festivities and entertainment at the park will be from 4 pm to 8 pm.
