Bulletin

Rain barrels are now legal in Colorado! Last week Governor Hickenlooper signed into law a bill allowing up to two 50 gallon barrels to collect rainwater run-off from roofs. This can cut the use of treated water for lawns and gardens, saving money for yourself and the Town, as well as decreasing the carbon footprint of New Castle. Be sure to treat for mosquitoes!
