Golf in the Park: (Ages 5+)
May 19, 10 am – 12 noon
VIX Park

Youth Golf Colorado is excited to come to New Castle this year for Golf in
the Park on Saturday, May 19th. Come join local PGA and LPGA golf professionals at VIX Ranch Park for free golf instruction with clubs, equipment and snacks provided. Cost: Free, Please pre-register for the event!

Rosybelle Mobile Maker Space: The mobile art bus travels to schools, parks, buildings and public spaces to bring the
maker revolution to youth, making it easy for youth to have access to quality arts programming.
Digital Media/Scratch Animation with Rodney O’Byrne (Ages 9 – 14)
June 11-14, 9:30 am – 12:30 pm

Your children can use Scratch to code their own interactive stories, animations, and games. In the process. they learn to think creatively, reason systematically and work collaboratively-essential skills for everyone in today’s society. In this Rosybelle session, we will introduce students to Scratch, Makey Makey, and some basic computer application programming. Students will work together to create interactive applications and HAVE FUN!!   Cost: $60 for entire week or $20 per day, limited to 12 participants and location is at the New Castle Community Center
Painting and Arts Extravaganza with Valerie Rose (Ages 8 – 14)
June 25 – 28, 9:30 am – 12:30 pm
Enjoy painting and creative exploration with Valerie Rose in this artistic extravaganza. Cost: $60 for entire week or $20 per day, limited to 15 participants and the location is at New Castle Community Center
