Rosybelle is Coming to New Castle!!
The mobile Art bus travels to different areas to bring the maker Revolution to youth, making to easy for youth to have access to quality arts programing. Various art and media programs will enrich youth ranging from painting, pet portraits claymation and mural paint camp. Join NCR & Rosybelle this summer for Art on location!

Grand Avenue Bridge Updates

Beginning Tuesday, May 16, Eighth Street between Cooper and Grand avenues and Eighth Street between Colorado and Grand avenues will be closed for approximately four days.
The following week, Ninth Street between Cooper and Grand avenues and Ninth Street between Colorado and Grand avenues will be closed for approximately four days.

US Hwy 6 Mill and Fill Begins Monday, May 8
Monday, May 8 through approximately May 19, some areas of US Hwy 6 will be in an alternating one-lane configuration while crews pave the highway. Traffic control will maintain two lanes when possible. Fifteen-minute delays are anticipated from 6 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Temporary traffic holds are anticipated on side streets.
Business access will be maintained during this time, with a brief hold in front of each business as crews lay new asphalt. Pedestrian access is maintained on sidewalks along US Hwy 6. Weekend work is also possible.


I-70 Exit 116 Eastbound On-ramp Closures
The Exit 116 eastbound off-ramp is OPEN during this time.
The I-70 Exit 116 eastbound on-ramp will be CLOSED from 5:30 AM to 9:30 AM, Monday through Friday. For I-70 eastbound access, motorists are advised to use westbound I-70 to Exit 114 and turn around at the interchange.
